I’m a certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, Certified Pilates Instructor, Crafting Teacher, and Author of “Crafting a Better Life - Creative Approaches to Personal Growth”. My work as a fusion Reiki/Crafting teacher has also been featured in “Reiki News Magazine”.
My favorite virtual offering is Synergistic Sunday - a monthly hour of stay at home self-care utilizing journaling, movement and Reiki meditation. I also offer 1-1 Life Coaching & Reiki sessions, and teach various crafting & energy fusion classes at local studios as well as intimate retreats and larger conventions around the country.
I’m also the owner of the Etsy shop “Yarn PigCrafts” where I combine my passion for Reiki with handmade knits, candles, and more.
